The Report Format

Recently, I completed a long term consulting project on a remote mine site. There was a stage during the process when our little improvement team was struggling to communicate some of the changes we were trying to implement.

Then, we got some great advice from the General Manager – change the reporting format – here is the format that would be best to use and easiest to read.

So, we changed our approach, used the new report format, and never again struggled with communication.
